Step 1: Initial Meeting
Walk around your property to discuss your wants and needs. The salesperson will be there to help bring ideas up and understand your outdoor landscaping goals.
Step 2: Time for Design
In approximately 7-10 business days after the first meeting, you should receive an email including the 3D design of your project and any other files used to showcase the design. Some projects will require a design fee to provide an accurate estimate. The salesperson will go through the design contract with you at your initial meeting.
Step 3: Customer Feedback
We ask that you please be attentive to your email to give us feedback on the design. Please check your spam as well. We will not proceed with any other aspect of your project until we know your thoughts on the design.
Step 4: Final Meeting
Once we finish collaborating with you on the design, we will then set up a meeting to go over the final design and the logistics of the project. We will contact you approximately 2-3 business days after all feedback about the design is discussed.
Step 5: Sign the Contract
We will need a signed contract either via email or mailed to Oswego Po Box 33 in order to get you on the schedule. You will also need to send in a deposit of 30% in order to get on the schedule.
